2. How can I place a custom order? 

Go to our "Place a Custom Order" page, located on our main page, for instructions on how to start your custom order.  You will need to fill out the Custom Order Form so that we can get back to you regarding pricing and turn around times.  We will respond in 48 hours, if not sooner.

2. How can I choose my garment and ink color for my custom order?

A list of garment options and ink colors is available under the "Place a Custom Order" tab in the Main Menu.  If you are looking for something that is not included on our list, please send us a message to discuss.  We would be happy to try to find you what you need.

3. Can I get an item personalized such as adding a name?

Yes! Fill out the customization form and let us know what design you want and what you want personalized. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will let you know.  

4. Do you do large screen printing jobs?

Yes!  Please fill out the Custom Order form and we will get back to you within 48 hours.  If you need to reach us sooner try the "Message Us" button on the lower right corner of your screen.

5. My purchase is a gift; can I send a gift note?

Yes!  We would be happy to include a gift note for free.  Please include in the "Gift Message" section.



1. Do you have gifts that are ready to ship?

We do!  Nearly every product in our store has one color or print that is ready to ship within 48 hours. 

2.  When will items ship?

Items In Our Shop
Items available in our shop have turn around times highlighted in red within each item's description.  Ready to Ship items will ship in 48 hours, possibly sooner.  If we have to order your garment it will ship within 14 business days.  We offer upgrades to rush your order which will move you to the front of the production line once your item is in our hands.  If you have any questions on shipping times please contact us before placing your order.
Custom Orders
Ship times for custom orders vary depending on the size of the order.  If you would like to discuss turn around times please contact us.

3.  If I place an order today, when will I receive my order? 

USA Orders

Items In Our Shop
If your item is stock it will ship within 48 hours via first class and will receive within 5-7 days.   You may choose to upgrade to priority shipping in which case you will receive within 5 days.  
We offer upgrades to rush your order which will move you to the front of the production line.
Custom Orders
Ship times for Custom Orders vary depending on the size.  If you would like to discuss shipping times please contact us.

4.  I am shipping my order to someone as a gift; does my order include a receipt?

No, your order will not include a receipt.

5.  I need my order in a hurry; can you ship it out sooner than your current turn around time?  

Possibly, you would need to contact me first and let me know your “need by” date and I will respond as soon as possible to see if I can make that happen before you place your order.  
There is the option to purchase our Rush Order listing that will move your order to the front of the production line but you will still need to allow for time for your garment to get to us if your item is not in stock.  Once its in our hands it is our top priority.


My #1 priority is happy customers, so if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me and we will work together on a solution that is satisfactory for both of us.

1. I received my order and there is an error, what do I do?

If the error occurred on our end, please let us know as soon as possible and we will address immediately.

If the error was typed/input on your end, you will have to make another purchase. I Heart Art and Baby cannot be held responsible for errors on the customers end.
